Building and Developing Your Successful Career
- Interview confidence
- Relationships - in and out of your workplace
- Dealing with workplace anger, stress and anxiety
- Re-defining & Transitions
Motivational Coaching uses and teaches simple strategies which can transform the way you develop your career, the way you manage your work, the way you feel about your work and the way you feel about yourself.
- Do you want to be in control of your career?
- Does it seem like your career is controlling you?
- Does your work work for you?
- Are you overworked, under-worked, in work or out of work?
- Do you want promotion or are you being demoted?
Maybe you are in work, maybe you are out of work. Maybe you feel too old for the job, or maybe you feel too young for the job. Maybe you feel that your work is not right for you, or maybe you feel it should be better for you. Or you feel you are being unfairly overlooked for promotion, or have been unfairly demoted. Or maybe you just feel you need to change how it is.
Motivational Coaching will define or re-define what you want from your career, what your prospects are, and if you are in transition, clarity on where you want to go next. You can make it your intention to create the changes you want. Then you can develop your potential to make those changes - so that you realise and achieve your intention.
Motivational Coaching is a powerful and effective process to help you fully utilise and maximise your every talent and skill - those you are aware of and those which you may not be aware of - to create outcomes that can result in changing the way you feel about your work, your career, your future.
Simply being who you are right now is everything you could ever need to take the first step on the path to change by engaging in this process and Take Charge Now!
How Good for You are Your Work Relationships?
Relationships can work for you - Anger, Stress and Anxiety won't!
Your relationships with your workplace colleagues and associates? Your relationships with any clients you may have? Your relationships outside of work that may be influenced by your work?
And it's as Much About the Company as the Company You Keep
How are those relationships - are they fizzling, sizzling or somewhere in-between?
For a moment think about all your work relationships - do they work for you?
- If you are feeling angry - who or what are you angry about?
- If you are feeling resentment - who or what are you resentful about?
- If you are feeling fearful - who do you fear, what do you fear might happen to you?
- If you are feeling envious - who or what do you envy?
- If you are feeling jealous - who or what are you jealous of?
- Is there anybody or anything that makes you feel unhappy or depressed or anxious or stressed?
- Do you want to feel good about your relationships at work so that they work for you?
Then think about how good you might feel if things could be different!
Interviews - Feel Confident and Be Successful!
Interviews can often be your key to unlocking the door to a new future. Getting that interview is more than your CV.
It may be your first interview or you may be an experienced interviewee. Prepare yourself to succeed - failing to prepare is preparing to fail.
Prepare for a successful outcome at the interview - feel confident, be competent, look and behave like you are the one they need. First impressions really do count. Research shows that even though interviews on average take 30 minutes, most interviewers will have already made a decision about you in the first four minutes, and in four out of five interviews, the interviewer had made their decision before the applicant had even said anything about themselves. How will you appear?
Do everything you need to do to succeed - be enthusiastic, likeable, determined, informed and believe in yourself - make sure it is you they want!
